JD – Key Account Manager – Totem

Position KAM ( Key Account Manager ) – PTG

Role : To increase market share at Key Account in the region

Reporting : Direct Reporting to Branch Manager for day to day Operation and growth & Dotted Line reporting to National Sales Head for growth initiatives. Sale Engineers who operate at Key account will report to key Account Manager for Growth Initiatives

Location : Delhi / Jamshedpur

Responsibility

  • Maintain relationship with key buyers.
  • Grow Strategic Accounts as decided at the beginning of the FY.
  • Drive Sales and Marketing in the Territory for the said Key accounts.
  • Responsible for Conducting Customer Seminars and New Product Introduction Exercises at these Key accounts.
  • Responsible to Top Line, Bottom Line and New Business Development at these accounts,
  • Will have to ensure timely collection of over dues from these accounts.
  • Maximize Share of Wallet at Key accounts as planned at the beginning of the FY
  • Customer Line Mapping exercise to be conducted and High Value conversions to be identified and action plan to be drawn with product Manager to gain market share
  • Map & Report competition activity at the Key accounts and derive action plan to ensure maximum retention at Key Accounts
  • Solely accountable for all business development and all business relationship with all stake holders and Key personnel at customer’s premises
  • Should maintain good relationship at all Gate Keepers and influencers at these Key accounts
  • Should share Key successes at customers end in a Single Page Plan and circulate it every month to other KAM and BM’s pan India.
  • Should Prepare MIS by the 2nd of each month.
  • Strategic road map for key accounts.

Profile :

  • B.E. (Mech.), MBA Marketing preferred.
  • 4 to 6 yrs Experience.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Industrial Tools, Cutting Tools Engineer Product and Industrial consumable product (person has to be from manufacturing Background & Not from Trading).
  • Must aware basic input to SAP like Data customers master, scheduling agreement, schedule lines, financial and taxation up dates to generate sales report / MIS from SAP
